New car market in Russia: January, 2014 figures are released

According to the AEB Automobile Manufacturers Committee (AEB AMC), January 2014 saw the increase in sales of new cars and light commercial vehicles in Russia by 6% in comparison to the same period in 2013. This January 152,662 units were sold; this is 9,415 units less than in January, 2013.

Lada: 23,647 units
Renault*: 12,894 units
Kia: 11,199 units
Nissan*: 11,051 units
Hyundai*: 11,044 units
Chevrolet: 9,420 units
Volkswagen*: 8,599 units
Toyota*: 8,319 units
Mitsubishi: 5,007 units
Škoda: 4,744 units

*LCV sales are included into total brand's sales.
