New Car Market in Romania: March, 2023 Figures Are Released

According to data, published by the General Directorate For Driving Licenses and Car Registration (DRCPIV) there were 13649 new light vehicles registered in Romania during March, 2023. CY2023 registrations amount to 40788 units (PC: 36749 units, LCV: 4039 units).

There were 12206 new passenger cars registered in March.
Leading brands:
Dacia: 4246 units
Renault: 963 units
Hyundai: 907 units
Škoda: 844 units
Volkswagen: 694 units

There were 1443 new LCVs registered in March.
Leading brands:
Renault: 399 units
Ford: 362 units
Iveco: 135 units
Mercedes-Benz: 101 units
Volkswagen: 97 units
