New Car Market in Romania: January, 2023 Figures Are Released

According to data, published by the General Directorate For Driving Licenses and Car Registration (DRCPIV) there were 13311 new light vehicles registered in Romania during January, 2023.

There were 12168 new passenger cars registered in January.
Leading brands:
Dacia: 4567 units
Renault: 1223 units
Hyundai: 765 units
Toyota: 707 units
Volkswagen: 625 units

There were 1143 new LCVs registered in January.
Leading brands:
Renault: 261 units
Ford: 217 units
Fiat: 168 units
Iveco: 163 units
Mercedes-Benz: 109 units
