New car market in Russia: February, 2022 figures are released

According to the AEB Automobile Manufacturers Committee (AEB AMC), sales of new passenger cars and light commercial vehicles in Russia decreased by 4.8% in February 2022 compared to the same month of the preceding year. A total of 114,349 units were sold last month; 5,732 units less than in February 2021.

Top 10 brands in February, 2022:
Lada: 22,378 units
Kia: 15,001 units
Hyundai*: 13,761 units
Renault*: 10,382 units
Toyota*: 7,568 units
Volkswagen: 5,631 units
Škoda: 5,438 units
Nissan: 4,192 units
GAZ*: 3,791 units
Haval: 3,569 units

*LCV sales are included into total brand's sales.
