New Car Market in Romania: May, 2021 Figures Are Released

According to data, published by the General Directorate For Driving Licenses and Car Registration (DRCPIV) there were 9429 new light vehicles registered in Romania during May, 2021. Total new registrations in 2021: 41924 units (PC: 35630 units, LCV: 6293 units)

There were 8200 new passenger cars registered in May.
Leading brands:
Dacia: 1884 units
Škoda: 876 units
Renault: 737 units
Ford: 582 units
Toyota: 531 units

There were 1228 new LCVs registered in May.
Leading brands:
Ford: 288 units
Dacia: 206 units
Iveco: 172 units
Renault: 119 units
Mercedes: 110 units
