New car market in Russia: April, 2018 figures are released

According to the AEB Automobile Manufacturers Committee (AEB AMC), sales of new passenger cars and light commercial vehicles in Russia increased by 17,6% in April 2018 compared to the same month of the previous year. This April, 152,425 units were sold; 22,796 units more than in April 2017.

Top 10 brands in April, 2018:
Lada: 30,712 units
Kia: 19,591 units
Hyundai: 15,863 units
Renault*: 11,954 units
Volkswagen: 8,905 units
Toyota*: 8,774 units
Škoda: 6,331 units
Nissan: 5,620 units
GAZ LCV*: 5,367 units
Ford: 4,891 units

*LCV sales are included into total brand's sales.
