New car market in Bulgaria: March, 2013 figures are released

According to data published by the Bulgarian Association of Car Manufacturers, there were 1,731 light vehicles sold in Bulgaria during March, 2013. Hyundai and Mercedes-Benz are not members of this association, so their figures are not included.

There were 1,458 passenger cars sold
Leading brands:
Toyota: 159 units
Volkswagen: 131 units
Skoda: 131 units
Kia: 123 units
Opel: 97 units
Peugeot: 96 units
Renault: 95 units
BMW: 83 units

There were 273 LCVs sold
Leading brands:
Peugeot: 64 units
Renault: 44 units
Volkswagen: 39 units
Great Wall: 32 units
