New car market in the Czech Republic: May, 2016 figures are released

According to data, released by the Car Importers Association in the Czech Republic there were 26,109 new light vehicles registered in the Czech Republic during May, 2016. During the first five months, total registration of new light vehicles amounted to 114,693 units (7630 units of LCV and 107,063 units of PC)

There were 24335 new passenger cars registered in May.
Leading brands:
Škoda: 7768 units
Volkswagen: 2507 units
Hyundai: 1946 units
Ford: 1340 units
Dacia: 1067 units

There were 1774 new LCVs registered in May.
Leading brands:
Ford: 279 units
Fiat: 277 units
Peugot: 232 units
Renault: 209 units
Citroën: 181 units
