New car market in Macedonia: May, 2016 figures are released

According to data published by the Automotive Importers Association of the Republic of Macedonia and other sources, there were 432 new light vehicles sold in Macedonia in May, 2016 (excluding Hyundai, Mazda, BMW and Mercedes)
Between January and May, 2016, total new light vehicle sales in Macedonia amounted to 2,205 units (1,888 passenger cars and 317 units of LCVs).

There were 376 new passenger cars sold in May.
Leading brands:
Opel: 43 units
Volkswagen: 42 units
Citroën: 39 units
Ford: 34 units
Škoda: 31 units

There were 56 new LCVs sold in May.
Leading brands:
Fiat: 14 units
Citroën-Volkswagen: 11-11 units
