The joint venture agreement was signed on October 4th by the president of CIE Automotive Anton Pradera, Doga CEO Tony Garcia and president of the Avtokom Group Vyacheslav Maleev. According to the ITAR-TASS News Agency, the new JV will be located in Kaluga and it will produce windshield wipers, windscreen washer units, HVAC systems including radiator fans, heaters and cooling radiators.
The JV will serve local and foreign car manufacturers’ Russian car assembly plants, operated by General Motors, PSA Peugeot Citroen/Mitsubishi, Renault, Volkswagen, as well as GAZ Group and Sollers.
