The Russian car maker announced on Tuesday that it has produced its 5,000th SsangYong New Actyon at its Dalzavod plant in Vladivostok. Of those 5 thousand units, 2.515 vehicles have been equipped with with four-wheel drive system and 2.930 with automatic transmission. Sollers began assembly of the New Actyon in January, making it the first automaker to begin mass production of this model in the CIS countries.
In 2011, the plant expects to produce 10 thousand crossovers while the total volume of SsangYong vehicles will reach 25 thousand.
