New car market in Romania: January, 2016 figures are released

The latest statistical bulletin has been published by Automotive Manufacturers and Importers Association in Romania. In January, 2016 there were 5,980 new cars and LCVs supplied to dealers.

There were 5,111 new passenger cars delivered in January.
Leading brands:
Dacia: 1,258 units
Volkswagen: 621 units
Škoda: 563 units
Ford: 457 units
Renault: 272 units

There were 869 new LCVs delivered in January.
Leading brands:
Ford: 194 units
Dacia: 143 units
Fiat: 93 units
Mercedes-Benz: 80 units
Renault: 77 units
