Gestamp to set up shop in Nizhny Novgorod

MOSCOW, Russia - Nizhny Novgorod Governor Valery Shantsev and the president of GC "Gestamp" Francisco Jose Riberas signed a letter of intent for cooperation between the regional Government and the company, in Madrid on Friday.

According to the general manager of “Gestamp-Russia” company Jose Maria Rodo, the signing of this protocol is a strategic issue for the company.
“Nizhny Novgorod region is one of the automobile clusters. It is very important to work with the Nizhny Novgorod region for us. This is one of the strategic projects with Russia, and Nizhny Novgorod for the company Gestamp is on the top of important cities”, Jose Maria Rodo said.
