Ukrainian vehicle producer, Bogdan Corporation increases registered capital

CHERKASSK, Ukraine - Ukrainian vehicle producer, Bogdan Corporation will increase its registered capital by UAH 357.5 million (about EUR 31 million) by increasing the number of existing shares of par value. The corresponding decision was made by the company's shareholders.

Bogdan will issue shares in three phases: the first - June 20 - July 5, the second - 11 - 15 July, the third - 18-29 July this year. Shares will be made ​​available at a price of USD 0.28.

The shareholders also decided that the number of supervisory board members will be reduced to five.

Bogdan Corporation is one of the main Ukrainian vehicle producers.
