New car market in Serbia: August 2015 figures are released

According to data released by Auto magazine and the Serbian Association of Vehicle and Part Distributors there were 1,668 new cars and light commercial vehicles sold in Serbia during August, 2015.
In the first eight months of 2015, new car sales in Serbia amounted to 14,628 units (1719 units of LCV and 12,909 units of PC).

There were 1522 new passenger cars sold in August.
Leading brands:
Škoda: 257 units
Fiat: 193 units
Dacia: 115 units
Volkswagen: 110 units
Renault: 106 units

There were 146 LCVs sold in August.
Leading brands:
Fiat: 49 units
Volkswagen: 45 units
Dacia: 18 units
Renault: 16 units
Mercedes and Opel: 7-7 units
