New car market in Slovenia: August, 2014 figures are now available

According to data released by the Association of Automobile Manufacturers and Authorised Importers there were 3,836 new cars sold in Slovenia during August, 2014.
In the first eight months of 2014, total new light vehicle registrations in Slovenia amounted to 41,454 units.

There were 3,467 passenger cars sold in August, 2014.
Leading brands:
Volkswagen: 675 units
Renault: 498 units
Škoda: 347 units
Opel: 246 units
Ford: 194 units

There were 369 LCVs sold in August, 2014.
Leading brands:
Volkswagen: 78 units
Renault: 58 units
Peugeot: 53 units
Ford: 43 units
Citroën: 40 units
