New car market in Slovenia: June, 2014 figures are now available

According to data released by the Association of Automobile Manufacturers and Authorised Importers there were 5,503 new cars sold in Slovenia during June, 2014.
In the first half of 2014, total new light vehicle registrations in Slovenia amounted to 32,425 units.

There were 4,934 passenger cars sold in June, 2014.
Leading brands:
Volkswagen: 823 units
Renault: 748 units
Škoda: 485 units
Opel: 450 units
Dacia: 350 units
Citroën: 281 units
Peugeot: 260 units
Ford: 224 units

There were 569 LCVs sold in June, 2014.
Leading brands:
Peugeot: 148 units
Renault: 101 units
Volkswagen: 98 units
Citroën: 78 units
