New car market in Bulgaria: May, 2014 figures are released

According to data published by the Bulgarian Association of Car Manufacturers, there were 2,040 light vehicles sold in Bulgaria during May, 2014. Hyundai and Mercedes-Benz are not members of this association, so their figures are not included.

There were 1,809 passenger cars sold
Leading brands:
Dacia: 225 units
Škoda: 189 units
Volkswagen: 184 units
Ford: 163 units
Renault: 157 units
Toyota: 144 units
Nissan: 143 units
Peugeot: 110 units

There were 231 LCVs sold.
Leading brands
Dacia: 42 units
Renault: 31 units
Peugeot: 28 units
Ford: 28 units
